Engineering On-Call Services

Metro, a metropolitan service district organized under the laws of the State of Oregon and the Metro Charter, located at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, is requesting proposals for Engineering On-Call Services: MEPF, Civil, Acoustic Engineering/Consulting.

Proposals are due no later than 2:00 p.m., September 10, 2026, at BidLocker https://bidlocker.us/details/5920.

For this RFP, Metro offers free coaching for interested small businesses. Firms must state that they’re a small business owner. The coaching will be a 30 – 60 minute session about writing a proposal in general. Any interested small firms must communicate interest by 2:00 pm on August 25, 2026 to bidsandproposals@oregonmetro.gov. Metro staff will be in touch to connect you with the contractor for scheduling.

Work will consist of capable firms providing design ideas, capacity planning, utility analysis, and input on various projects throughout Metro facilities and properties.  For details, RFP documents can be viewed and downloaded from BidLocker at https://bidlocker.us/details/5920.            

Metro may accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, or waive irregularities not affecting substantial rights if such action is deemed in the public interest.
