REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS –

ARBORCULTURAL SERVICES

Proposals Due: April 13th, 2026


The City of Milwaukie is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced contractors for professional tree care and arborist services for the City on an as needed basis. Services include, but are not limited to, tree condition and risk assessment, removal, planting, pruning, mitigative treatment application, emergency tree service and stump removal, site inspection, tree inventories, cabling/bracing services, and plant healthcare.

City utilizes Euna Procurement Bonfire for its electronic procurement system. This project is a public works project subject to the State of Oregon prevailing wage rates under ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. No proposal will be considered unless it contains a statement by the proposer that the provisions required by ORS 279C.838 or ORS 279C.840, as applicable, pertaining to prevailing wages, shall be included as part of the awarded contract.

Proposals are due by 2:00 p.m. PDT, on Monday, April 13, 2026. Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. There will be no formal opening of proposals.
