Jeffs Shoe Challenge is Back
A Portland man’s quest to support students going back to school in style is back with the annual Jeffs Shoe Challenge.
For the last five years, Jeff Harris and his wonderful team of volunteers have supported over 1,200 students in underrepresented communities with school supplies, new and gently used footwear, new socks, free haircuts and manicures.
