Notice is hereby given that Vancouver Housing Authority will open the following HUD Multi-Family waitlist on Tuesday August 4, 2026 through August 26, 2026.

 

Crown Villa: HUD Multi-Family

Located at 1529 Division St. Camas, WA 98607

 

These 1-bedroom units are in non-smoking buildings that are designated for person(s) age 62 and older. This split‑level property does not have an elevator, which may present challenges for individuals with mobility limitations.

 

Income limits for households must be less than $44,950 for a family of one or $51,350 for a family of two.  


Applications will be accepted online beginning August 4, 2026 at 9:00 AM ending on August 26, 2026 at 4:00 PM.  You can access our applicant portal by going to our website at www.vhausa.org


Paper applications are available upon request at our office located at 2500 Main Street, Vancouver Washington Tuesday August 4, 2026 until August 26, 2026.  Our offices are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM.  You can drop off completed applications at our office or mail them to us at the address listed above.
